A simple ‘on the go’ breakfast, add nuts, seeds and chia to increase texture and fibre.
Ingredients:1 sliced Banana
1 cup Almond milk
1 Tb of Oats
1 Tb of Maple syrup
1/2 cup tap waterMethod:1. Combine sliced banana, maple syrup, oats, almond milk and water in a blender/ nutribullet.
2. Blend for 2- 5 minutes until a smooth consistency has been reached.
3. Add ice cubes if desired.-
