Perfect as a hot breakfast option. Have with the Chilli Breakfast Mushrooms or the Crumbed Mushrooms.
150g firm Tofu
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Nutritional yeast
1 Tb Olive oil
salt and pepper
A small handful of chopped fresh parsley
1. Place the nutritional yeast, paprika, salt and pepper into a small bowl and mix together.
2. In a medium fry pan add the oil, over a medium heat add the tofu to the fry pan (crumble the tofu using your hands or squash/ break apart using a fork).
3. Cover tofu in the nutritional yeast and paprika mixture then stir to give the tofu colour.
4. Cook tofu for approximately 3-5 minutes before removing from the heat, sprinkle with the chopped parsley. Serve with fresh bread.
