1 Tb pine nuts
1-2 Tb olive oil
1 Tb nutritional yeast
1/2 Tsp garlic powder
1/2 red onion, diced finely
sprinkle of salt
1. Partially crush the pine nuts in a bowl (or in a food procesor)
2. Add peeled and roughly chopped avocado into a food processor with pine nuts, nutritional yeast, a sprinkle of salt, garlic powder and olive oil.
3. Process until all ingredients are combined and mixed well. Place into a serving bowl and gently fold in the red onion (leaving a small amount to sprinkle on top of the dip).
4. Serve with crackers and/ or your favourite vegetable sticks.
